The IDV Design

IDV is privileged to have been given the trust to relay the standard and quality of the brand. We were provided with the store rendering by the client and required to adhere to it strictly. Respecting the concept of the brand guideline, our team identified the various details, materials and construction methods with the goal to achieve equal high quality and aesthetic standards.

Key elements that are anonymous with the brands, such as the lantern showcase, the ring curtain showcase and the distinctive numeral-accent wall, are retained in the design. The goal behind this is to lend an experience of being in a watchmaker’s house, instead of a typical watch boutique.

A unique element of Frank Muller’s Jewel Changi Airport boutique is its concept of a “see-through” shop front. This encourages higher consumer browsing activity. Together with the warm and welcoming ambience of the boutique, it was an amalgamation of elegance, prestige and affluence.
